Jeter’s retirement

My 6-year-old nephew, Chance, is not taking the news about Derek Jeter’s retirement well. Jeter, 39, announced today that 2014 will be his last season in the major leagues. He has been with the New York Yankees for two decades, long before Chance was even born. This kid is a huge fan in a house of Boston Red Sox fans. He was sobbing for hours. Someday, he will look back at this and laugh.
