Enrique, you’re making me blush

I am still looking for songs to listen to in my car that aren’t played repeatedly on the radio and won’t traumatize my children.   I came across Enrique Iglesias while scrolling through my Ipod.   Toupe or not he is a fine piece of meat.  “Hero” is a pretty song, but quite depressing.  I am approaching 40 and have more cottage cheese than Breakstone.  I don’t need another reason to drive off the road.  Another popular Enrique song is “Tonight I’m Lovin You.”  It’s got a good beat and you can dance to it.   Unfortunately, there are two versions of this pop song.  I did not pay attention and downloaded the explicit “Tonight I’m F-ing You.”

“Damn, I like the way you love me,  So give it to me.”   – I could probably explain this line away.  He just wants her to give him a big hug.

“Here’s the situation, been to every nation.  Nobody has ever made me feel the way that you do.”  –   He is a world traveler.

“But tonight I’m f-ing you.”    – game over.   Unless I shouted “beep” during the chorus there is no way Enrique can be part of my minivan mixed tape.  The search continues…..
